- Improve feature sync logic to prioritize non-boolean features

- Fix feature store sync when switching products in playground
- Prevent useOnboardingFeatureSync from interfering with new feature creation
- Rename useInitProductAndFeature to useOnboardingFeatureSync for clarity
- Remove useInitFeatureItem logic that was corrupting product items on product switch
