Charlie Lamb 49ff51dbc4 fix: publish on github-hosted runner for npm provenance ...

npm --provenance rejects self-hosted/Blacksmith runners with a 422
sigstore verification error. Run the shared publish pipeline on
ubuntu-latest so provenance attestation succeeds.
