Previously, prepaid quantities were eagerly initialized to 0 for every
feature, causing options with quantity: 0 to always be sent to the
backend. Now values start as undefined and are only included when the
user interacts with the quantity input. The review stage shows
backend-resolved quantities from the preview response as fallback.
