Ayush Rodrigues de35db5379 feat: support boolean feature grants in rewards ...

Boolean features can now be granted via feature-grant reward promo codes.
The underlying balance-creation path already supports booleans; this lifts
the "positive allowance required" guards and skips included_grant for
boolean features across the schema, redemption flow, and dashboard UI.
